Confidentiality
For you and your clients, for us and our interpreters
Confidentiality, the question of professional secrecy, is a given for interpreters - but we still prefer to state the following out loud:
We do not reveal information learned or apprised of during any of our interventions, be they expressed orally, visually, digitally or in writing by our clients, by our clients' clients, by other persons participating in the various missions we are entrusted with, by respondents or, stated simply, by anyone involved in the studies or research in which we take part.
Generally, every interpreter working for you will already have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), renewed annually and, on completion of each mission, receives an alert, currently this email and their confirmation is logged into our database and may be consulted for a period of time (to be determined in accordance with the recommendations of our GDPR consultant). The operation is both manual (form to be filled in and confirmed every year) and automatic (email/alert) and designed to keep the importance of confidentiality forefront in everyone's mind at all times.
Basically: when you talk, we talk, when you stop, we shut up 🤐
