Stated simply...
- If you feel that:
- our interpreter isn't up to the job, you pay nothing
- your day's been wasted, you pay nothing
- your project's ruined, you pay nothing
- France should have won Agincourt, you're probably past helping...
Having said that, don't wait till everything's over before alerting us. Our job is to ensure everything runs as smoothly and well as possible. Sometimes, even with the best will in the world, "shit happens" (on either side). If so, let us know immediately so we can do something about it. If, then, we fail to resolve the situation properly and in a timely manner, you pay nothing.
Bottom line: we really want you to pay, again and again!
